Spearheaded by Dr. Nicola Chambers-Holder, a psychologist, speaker, life coach, gratitude, and mental health advocate, this project is rooted in the belief that gratitude, when practiced individually or communally, can transform lives, build stronger communities, and create harmonious relationships.
