Gratitude Choice Project integrated the practice of communal gratitude, mindfulness, and nature immersion to improve mental health, reduce stress, build strong relationships, group cohesion, and collective well-being. Following a personal illness, Dr. Nicola Chambers-Holder embarked on a transformative journey of practicing gratitude and walking mindfully in nature. She created the Gratitude Choice Project (GCP). In this community, all are welcome to connect deeply with nature, forge meaningful friendships, and reconnect with their deeper selves. Experience belongingness, aesthetic appreciation, and mindful movement in nature with friends.

Our Mission
At Gratitude Choice Project, our mission is to empower individuals and communities through the transformative power of gratitude. Our approach blends the practice of gratefulness, nature immersion, mindfulness, and giving back to create meaningful and mindful experiences with ourselves and those around us. By integrating these scientifically backed practices, we aim to build a world where gratitude, mindful living, and connection to nature form the foundation of healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives. GCP is a place where gratitude blooms with a focus on enhancing well-being through the practice of communal gratitude.
Our Vision
Gratitude Choice Project envisions a global shift where communal gratitude, aesthetic appreciation for our natural world, and mindful living become the pillars of well-being. The aim is to build bridges of understanding, empathy, belongingness, unwavering compassion, stewardship, acceptance, and a deep appreciation for interconnectedness.
